My yoga journey started as a once weekly class in my local gym. Initially, it was just a bit of ‘stretching’ after my aerobics class. However, I soon begin to notice its effect in my life. My friends and family noticed I am calmer and less stressed.
I believe yoga is a tool to help us cope better with the challenges that life throws at us, and would like to share this beautiful teaching with others. I completed my 2 years Triyoga Teacher Training (390 hours) under the inspirational guidance of Mimi Kuo-Deemer and Jean Hall. I am excited that I will continue to consolidate my learning by assisting the next intake of Triyoga Teacher training programme!
