Every Mondays 10:30am to 11:15am
Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga. We will mostly perform yoga poses sitting on a chair, but also adding some standing poses using chair as a support. By using chair, it makes yoga accessible to all. Chair yoga offers wonderful benefits such as increase flexibility and mobility, improve circulation, improve breathing and help to focus and relax the mind.
